3.The air box pulse dust collector is not working normally and the negative pressure of the system cannot be maintained normally.
4.Limestone quality is poor, blocking fine powder bin grate plate.The pulverizing system requires the limestone particles to be dry and clean, with the diameter less than 25 mm and the content of CaCO3 above 95 %.If the limestone material contains a large number of impurities (such as rubber, iron), it will lead to the ball mill blockage.
5.Limestone stacked in the open, moisture content is big in bad weather.There is no special storage place for stone in the desulfurization system. Stone is stacked in the open air. When it comes to rain and snow, stone will agglomerate when affected by moisture and enter the ball mill into a paste.A lot of wet stone wrapped in the steel ball and steel tile surface, will affect the normal operation of the ball mill, sometimes cause full grinding, resulting in the mill output decline, and even forced to stop operation.
6.Operation adjustment and maintenance are not in time.
7.Frequency conversion separator adjustment is not appropriate, affect the fineness of limestone powder and ball mill output.
